Ali Arnold
Ali Arnold pioneered mental training in the sport of gymnastics. For the past 28 years, Ali has worked with Olympic medalists, NCAA champions, and thousands of athletes chasing their dream. A former gymnast herself, she is relentless about helping people reach their potential. She has been a mental toughness coach for USA Gymnastics since 1997. Ali is a consistently invited contributor to regional and national USA Gymnastics congresses, and industry publications and websites around the world.

Wes has coached countless state, regional and national champions. He has coached at Desert Devils, Parkettes Gymnastics, is a Region 1 Master Clinician and an international consultant to the Commonwealth Teams. Wes is passionate about teaching kids to be confident, and to love gymnastics!
